The goal of this interactive decision support tool is to help you better understand your follicular lymphoma diagnosis and treatment options so that you can become partners with your oncology team in your cancer care.
The tool allows you to enter specific information about your cancer diagnosis in a series of multiple choice questions. Once all your information is entered, the tool will provide treatment options chosen by 5 lymphoma experts based on your information, which you can print and share with your oncologist.
Data were compiled in May 2018 and include the opinions of the experts at that time.
To make best use of this tool, it is recommended that you have as much information about your cancer as possible before you begin. To assist you in gathering this information, click here for a PDF consultation checklist with helpful questions for your oncologist. For additional tips, please also see “How to Talk to Your Oncologist.”
