Learning Objectives

  • Describe MCL-1–dependent AML and the scientific and clinical rationale for using CDK9 inhibitors in patients with AML
  • Evaluate available safety and efficacy data from clinical trials of CDK9 inhibitors in patients with AML
  • Identify opportunities to enroll patients with AML on ongoing trials of CDK9 inhibitors
