Target Audience

This initiative is intended for nurse practitioners and physician assistants involved in managing patients with migraine.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Summarize how a diagnosis for migraine is established in clinical practice
  • Select evidence-based treatments for patients with episodic or chronic migraine, including those who are appropriate candidates for migraine preventive therapy
  • Appraise recent data on new targeted therapies in the management of migraine
