Program Manager

Job Summary: The Program Manager supports the General Manager (GM) and the strategy/business development team  in the day-to-day management of supported programs and programs in development within the CCO specialty business unit. This position has responsibilities across two key functional areas including Sales and Program Management, as well as supporting senior management in initiatives for the continued success of the business unit. 

Job Responsibilities

The Program Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Sales and partnerships
    • Develop budget for each grant using the most current, approved pricing template (with associated pricing data)
    • Prepare budget revisions based on potential or reduced funding as requested by the GM
    • Monitor and maintain profit margins
  • Manage the budget life cycle for each sold program
    • Proactively manage the budget for each active program to monitor direct expenses and CCO staff labor hours; alert GM when program expenses are under or over the budget
    • Determine cost impact of program changes or delivery schedule changes and recommending changes to GM for approval
    • Review the COGS for each program monthly and provide changes to Finance
    • Complete financial reconciliations for sold programs
  • Coordinate with business unit and shared services teams to oversee implementation of all sold programs
    • Ensure a comprehensive, centrally located tracker is maintained for all programs that includes completed, revised, and future programs scheduled
    • Audit programs as needed
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed
