Job Title: Coordinator, Scientific Workflow
Reports to: Manager, Accreditation
Location: Homebased, USA
Job Status: Full-time, Exempt

Job Summary: This newly created role would support the administrative needs of the Accreditation and Scientific teams across the organization, with a primary focus on generating and processing Faculty Paperwork, Payments, and other documents needed for medical education programs. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with several pre-defined administrative tasks necessary to perform the Science/Editorial process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal teams and educational faculty as the liaison for creating, routing, and follow-up of Faculty and Planner paperwork and Conflict of Interest documents.
  • Responsible for Processing Faculty Honoraria and Expense payments.
  • Scheduling educational faculty calls and webinars based on faculty and team availability.
  • Obtaining and uploading faculty bio information and keeping it updated in internal systems.
  • Assist Accreditation team and Scientific Directors in various tasks related to preparing forms and documents necessary for the presentation of educational content.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
  • Manage several projects with tight timelines, documenting changes, and working with a sense of accurate urgency.
  • Document and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, supremely well-organized.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Problem-solving mentality; high energy level; flexible
  • Expertise in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required.


  • Undergraduate degree preferred
