Point of Care CME Credit

CCO inPractice offers physicians AMA PRA Category 1 Credit TM for participation in this individual learning resource. To claim Point of Care CME credit through CCO inPractice, eligible physicians must complete the following steps:

  1. Execute a search or submit a clinical question.
  2. Review the applicable clinical sources.
  3. Complete the evaluation questions addressing clinical application of learnings from sources consulted.

Physicians may claim up to 0.5 credits per search.

CME Credit for the CCO inPractice Online Resources

CCO inPractice offers qualified learners the opportunity to earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for each chapter (activity) in the CCO HIV inPractice and CCO Oncology inPractice expert-authored comprehensive resources. To claim credit, click one of the Specialty resources in the “Browse Online Resources” box on the main inPractice page and then select one of the chapters listed. You must be registered to access the activity content. Then complete the following steps.

1. In the left navigation bar, scroll down to the section entitled “Get Credit for CME Activity” and select “Click here to read module to earn CME credit”
2. Read the target audience, learning objectives, and faculty disclosures.
3. Study the educational activity online or printed out.
4. At the top of the content box, click the “Take CME Test” button and submit answers to the posttest questions and evaluation questions online.

You must receive a test score of at least 70% and respond to all evaluation questions to receive a certificate. After submitting the evaluation, you may access your online certificate by selecting the certificate link on the posttest confirmation page. Records of all CME activities completed on the CCO inPractice Web site can be found on the "CME Manager" page.
