- Review results from epidemiologic studies indicating the prevalence of HBV or fibrosis in individual populations and survey results evaluating treatment opinions among practicing physicians
- Describe results from recent studies of approved treatments for chronic hepatitis B, including resistance data and methods for treating individuals with resistance
- Discuss new therapies for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and the efficacy of noninvasive methods for determining liver histology
