CME Options programs are educational programs published on the CCO Web site, developed by third-party organizations,
not by CCO, and certified by accredited providers. Disclosure information for faculty involved in the development of
a CME Options program is obtained from the faculty by the accredited provider and provided to CCO for publication.
CCO has received a fee for publishing these activities on the CCO Web site. Please direct questions or comments to
