Capsule Summary:
PROGRESS: Lopinavir/Ritonavir + Raltegravir Efficacy Noninferior to Lopinavir/Ritonavir + NRTIs in Treatment-Naive Patients at Week 48
Similar proportions of patients with HIV-1 RNA < 40 copies/mL at Week 48 in both treatment arms, with similar adverse event profiles, although some lipid parameters significantly higher in lopinavir/ritonavir + raltegravir arm.
