Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the findings of recent studies of new antiretroviral agents in existing and novel classes in the management of treatment-experienced patients
  • Describe recent observations regarding the selection of resistance mutations in patients with virologic failure in clinical studies of antiretroviral agents
